We are always pleased to welcome new members in all voice parts.
If you enjoy singing, then choir membership may be just what you are looking for.
Our Musical Director, Michelle Norton, believes in maintaining a high standard of
performance and encourages us to perform challenging works.
These range from lighter choral and sacred music
to songs from Musical Theatre and popular classics.
Auditions are not required but an ability to sing in tune is desirable.
The ability to read music - whilst useful - is by no means compulsory,
after all, Irving Berlin and Paul McCartney never learned to read music,
and look how well they did!
Music scores are provided free of charge for the duration of rehearsal and performance.

When you first join, a current choir member will be assigned as your "Choir Buddy"
to help you settle in and become aquainted.
Should you decide to join us - and we hope you will - the fees are:
£35 per term if paid termly or £95 if paid annually.

You are welcome to come and try a rehearsal anytime
Trial sessions are free of charge
Just turn up on Tuesday evening at 7pm ish. (7:15 start)
at the United Reformed Church in the Borough
